These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JMORR Courier Service LLC website and the courier services provided by JMORR Courier Service LLC ("JMORR," "we," "us," or "our").
By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms, together with any applicable written service agreement, quote, work order, rate sheet or corporate agreement.
For corporate customers, a separately signed agreement may contain additional or different terms. If there is a conflict, the signed written agreement will control to the extent stated in that agreement.
1. Our Services
JMORR provides courier and delivery services that may include:
- Same-day delivery
- Scheduled routes
- Multi-stop delivery
- Corporate delivery
- Rush delivery
- Large-item delivery
- Backup courier services
- Other delivery services agreed upon with the customer
Services are subject to availability, vehicle capacity, driver availability, service area and applicable legal or safety requirements.
2. Quotes
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.
A quote may consider:
- Distance
- Mileage
- Delivery time
- Package size
- Package weight
- Number of stops
- Waiting time
- Special handling
- Equipment requirements
- Labor requirements
- Rush requirements
- Vehicle requirements
- Other circumstances affecting the delivery
A quote may be revised if the actual delivery conditions differ materially from the information provided.
3. Quote Acceptance
A quote does not guarantee service until JMORR confirms the delivery request.
Service may be confirmed through:
- Written confirmation
- Electronic booking
- Signed proposal
- Service agreement
- Other authorized communication
4. Pickup Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup information.
The customer should provide:
- Correct pickup address
- Correct delivery address
- Contact information
- Package description
- Package size and weight
- Special instructions
- Required delivery window
- Any known access restrictions
JMORR is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. Package Preparation
Customers are responsible for properly packaging items before pickup unless JMORR has specifically agreed in writing to provide packaging or preparation services.
Packages should be:
- Properly sealed
- Securely packaged
- Appropriate for transportation
- Clearly identified when necessary
- Suitable for the requested service
JMORR may refuse an item that appears unsafe, improperly packaged or unsuitable for transportation.
6. Prohibited Items
JMORR may refuse to transport items that are illegal, unsafe, hazardous, improperly packaged or otherwise prohibited by applicable law, carrier requirements, insurance requirements or JMORR policy.
Unless specifically authorized and properly handled under applicable requirements, prohibited or restricted items may include:
- Illegal drugs
- Explosives
- Firearms or ammunition
- Hazardous materials
- Dangerous chemicals
- Biohazardous materials
- Unapproved medical specimens
- Items requiring specialized handling that JMORR is not equipped or authorized to transport
- Stolen goods
- Contraband
- Other items prohibited by law or insurance requirements
Customers are responsible for accurately disclosing the nature of the items being transported.
7. Medical Deliveries
JMORR may offer specialized medical courier services only when it has completed the requirements applicable to the specific service.
A customer must disclose the nature of any medical, biological, pharmaceutical or regulated material before requesting transportation.
JMORR reserves the right to refuse any medical delivery for which the company does not have the appropriate:
- Training
- Equipment
- Insurance
- Packaging capability
- Vehicle
- Procedures
- Contractual authorization
- Regulatory authorization
8. Pickup And Delivery Times
JMORR will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed pickup and delivery windows.
Delivery times may be affected by:
- Traffic
- Weather
- Road closures
- Vehicle problems
- Customer delays
- Incorrect addresses
- Recipient availability
- Security procedures
- Loading or unloading delays
- Circumstances beyond JMORR's reasonable control
Unless specifically guaranteed in a written agreement, delivery times are estimates rather than absolute guarantees.
9. Waiting Time
If a driver is required to wait beyond the included waiting period because of circumstances outside JMORR's control, additional charges may apply.
Any applicable waiting-time charges should be disclosed in the applicable quote, rate sheet or service agreement.
10. Additional Stops
Additional pickup or delivery locations not included in the original quote may result in additional charges.
JMORR will communicate additional charges when reasonably possible before completing the additional service.
11. Delivery Confirmation
JMORR may provide proof of delivery through:
- Signature
- Electronic confirmation
- Photo, when appropriate and permitted
- Time and location record
- Delivery status
- Other agreed documentation
Corporate customers may establish specific proof-of-delivery requirements through a written agreement.
12. Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, access is unavailable or another issue prevents completion, JMORR may:
- Contact the customer
- Attempt redelivery
- Return the item
- Hold the item temporarily
- Charge applicable additional fees
The applicable response may depend on the customer's instructions and the nature of the delivery.
13. Damaged Or Lost Items
Customers should promptly report suspected loss or damage to JMORR.
Claims may require:
- Delivery information
- Proof of value
- Photographs
- Package information
- Proof of packaging
- Other documentation reasonably requested by JMORR
JMORR's responsibility for loss or damage may be limited by the applicable service agreement, insurance coverage, declared value, law and circumstances of the loss.
Specific corporate customers may have separate liability terms established in their written agreements.
14. Customer Responsibility For Package Contents
The customer is responsible for accurately describing the contents of a package.
Customers must not conceal prohibited, hazardous or restricted materials.
The customer may be responsible for costs, damages, penalties or losses resulting from inaccurate or intentionally misleading information regarding package contents.
15. Pricing
Pricing may be based on:
- Distance
- Mileage
- Time
- Number of stops
- Package characteristics
- Special handling
- Vehicle requirements
- Service level
- Rush requirements
- Recurring route requirements
- Other delivery factors
Corporate customers may have negotiated pricing established in a written agreement.
16. Payment
Payment terms will be communicated through the applicable quote, invoice or service agreement.
Payment may be required:
- At booking
- Upon delivery
- By invoice
- According to agreed corporate payment terms
Corporate accounts may be subject to credit approval and payment terms established by JMORR.
17. Late Payments
Past-due invoices may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Collection activity
- Additional charges where permitted by law and contract
- Termination of the customer account
Any late fees must be stated in the applicable agreement or invoice terms.
18. Cancellation
Customers may be responsible for cancellation charges when JMORR has already committed:
- Driver time
- Vehicle capacity
- Equipment
- Travel
- Route capacity
- Other resources
Cancellation terms for corporate customers should be established in the applicable service agreement.
19. Corporate Accounts
Corporate customers may be required to complete a vendor onboarding process.
This may include:
- W-9
- Certificate of insurance
- Business information
- Vendor registration
- Service agreement
- Billing information
- Purchase order requirements
- Delivery procedures
- Safety requirements
Corporate accounts may be governed by a separate written agreement.
20. Website Use
The JMORR website is provided for general information and communication.
JMORR makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information but does not guarantee that every website statement will always be complete, current or error-free.
Website content should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular delivery service is available in every location or circumstance.
21. Third-Party Websites
The JMORR website may contain links to third-party websites.
JMORR does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, their content, availability or privacy practices.
22. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, JMORR owns or has permission to use the content appearing on its website, including:
- Company name
- Logo
- Branding
- Text
- Graphics
- Original photographs
- Website design elements
Visitors may not copy, reproduce, modify or commercially use JMORR's proprietary materials without permission.
23. Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JMORR's liability arising from a particular delivery will be governed by the applicable service agreement, quote, declared value, insurance coverage and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
JMORR will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including certain acts of nature, severe weather, road closures, government actions, customer-provided misinformation, recipient unavailability or other circumstances beyond JMORR's reasonable control.
24. Force Majeure
JMORR will not be considered in breach of its obligations when performance is prevented or substantially delayed by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Traffic emergencies
- Road closures
- Government actions
- Acts of terrorism
- Labor disruptions
- Major vehicle or equipment failures
- Other extraordinary circumstances
JMORR will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays to affected customers.
25. Customer Conduct
Customers and recipients are expected to interact respectfully with JMORR personnel.
JMORR reserves the right to refuse service when a situation presents a legitimate safety concern, unlawful activity, harassment, threats, violence or other unacceptable risk.
26. Termination Of Service
JMORR may decline or terminate service when:
- Payment obligations are not met
- The customer violates these Terms
- The customer requests prohibited services
- The customer provides materially inaccurate information
- A delivery presents an unreasonable safety or legal risk
- Continuing service would violate applicable law or insurance requirements
Corporate agreements may contain separate termination provisions.
27. Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact JMORR first to attempt to resolve any service issue.

The parties may agree to additional dispute-resolution procedures in a written corporate agreement.
28. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws applicable to JMORR's operations and the applicable transaction, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to the customer or service.
Because JMORR is based in Georgia, Georgia law may apply to many transactions; however, the governing-law and venue provisions of a specific corporate agreement should be reviewed by counsel.
29. Changes To These Terms
JMORR may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
For existing corporate customers, the terms of a signed service agreement will continue to govern unless that agreement provides otherwise.

Acknowledgment
By requesting or using JMORR's services, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review these Terms and agrees to be bound by the applicable terms governing the requested service.
These terms are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by JMORR management and legal counsel before publication.
